Best maps for training tracking/smoothness
I have around 14 hours on Kovaaks now, around maybe the 10hr mark I got stuck on Cata IC Long Strafes at about 5k~ and I think this is partly due to me not being able to keep up with faster more erratic strafes by the bot, I have around a 20-27% average accuracy on fast strafes so i definitely need improvement in that area. What is a good map, or exercise for improve not just tracking but smooth aim/control and also my brains reaction time?

TL:DR: The bot jukes me and I flick almost the completely opposite way of it, any advice from pros?

EDIT: Same thing happens on Cata Long Strafe Invincible, got stuck at around 15k after around 1-2hrs and can't go higher because the bot jukes me to hard and my hand freaks out. :/

This is a problem I had for a long time. Some suggestions that I got from community members that really helped me were: Thin Aiming Long, Smoothness Trainer, Thin Gauntlet, Close Long Strafes Thin, and Close FSEI Thin.

Making the targets thinner forces you to not jitter to hit the target at all. I found that I was gripping my mouse too hard, which caused me to lock my wrist in place. Relaxing the tensor muscles in my hand allowed my wrist to move in a more fluid motion.

As far as reaction time is concerned, my best suggestion is to just keep grinding and to not think too hard. It sounds silly, but the more you focus on "I need to react," the harder it becomes to do so. Just focus on your body and performing the task at hand.

Thanks a ton, I have done some thin aiming long and it helped. But a big problem with close strafes is I just kinda randomly start flicking around and can't really follow it. For Thin I can track it easily since it is not really doing any fast back and forth movements and is just moving in a smooth straight line. This advice is really good though, thank you so much for the advice and I will def start grinding these maps.
