Sure - if you have the sound files, you can put them here:

C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\FPSAimTrainer\FPSAimTrainer\sounds

I added the sounds to the folder, but they don't show up in the drop down list, do I have to overwrite the stock files instead?
