@KovaaK i also got that problem i think i have something to do with 16:10 resolution
i got no programms opened in the background

You can lock games using software or you can use window's display settings and arrange the monitors by either stacking on top of each other or side by side with one above/below the other

Having the exact same issue, I just use two 1080p 16:9 monitors so it doesn't seem to have anything to do with the aspect ratio.

or not bumping an old thread
on something that sometimes is out of game devs control
its not like this isnt the only game it happens too

its not like using Window's 10 full screen exclusive actually runs in windowed but without the performance hit(most of the time, and some other issues) doesnt causes instability. its also an issue that happens even without full screen exclusive.

yh its annoying but theres plenty of fixes out there from low annoyance to high annoyance fixes. its a problem happening to u and u can do something aobut it. if happens often in a particular game make sure u run it on fullscreen and not exclusive or any other fullscreen alternatives and disable full screen optimizations just in case.

i personally rarely get this so i dont have to result to fixes
