Did this game actually improved your aim?
I just played it for 30 minutes so i'm looking for someone with some hours to comment on this

in 7 days I feel like I've gotten better aim on kovaak's but other games, no

Yes it does, but it takes about an hour a day for 1-3 years

You may or may not see instant results (I did and i love it) but if you don't, do not let that deter you, keep grinding it.

I've notice an improvement in my tracking aim big time. So I'd focus on those training exercises a lot. Ive also seen an improvement in my flix and sniping. I focus mostly on tracking, reflex training and some of the precise exercises like popcorn. Don't let the difficult ones deter you, Practice them and you'll see certain aiming motions translate in game

after playing it for like a week, 2 hours daily, i feel like im better with a lot of room to improve

You can start to see some results after about a week of play (playing for at least 30 minutes like I did).

I mainly just play Half-Life single player mods all the time and have done so for 10 years now. In all of that time it never pushed my limits like FPS Trainer did in a week's time, given that now I'm shooting different kinds of targets in a controlled environment. So yes, it definitely does help you with your aim.

I wouldn't go so far as to say that it'll put you on the same level as an elite CS:GO player, but I'd say it will definitely make you more confident in hitting your targets while playing any other FPS game.

Np i have 127 hours on there and lots of top 50s. My aim definitely got better playing, but have lots of room for improvement.

37 hrs in, yes it has improved my aim. However the improvements are subtle and I would imagine more concrete results after few hundred more hours or so. However all your aiming practice needs (IMO) to have a purpose, just mindlessly clicking targets without proper focus (on right things) you probably won't improve that much, or at least that fast. Then again, some people probably learn faster than others do.

That's the dumbest ♥♥♥♥ I've ever heard anyone say on a forum.

in general it will improve your aim for shure but if you want to improve your aim on a specific game you need to play the right maps for it
ChrisGetSchwifty Nov 25, 2019 @ 4:23am
I don't think the game improved my aim, but it did help because it made me do my research and look further into why my aim was or is how it is. Like recording my hand, understanding how polling rate affected my mouse aim, and understanding that sensitivity isn't personal preference.. it basically depends on haw much control you have in your wrist and arm. So yes but no from me.
FrenzY Nov 25, 2019 @ 5:08am
Short Answer; Yeah

Long Answer; You'll only see real improvement when isolating and focusing on specific parts of your aim. For example, the flick back to centre mass when tracking. Most scenarios are not helpful, but the few golden ones we do have help a lot. Spending 8hours on TileFrenzy will do nothing.

It's also helpful to get past that 'Do i have everything setup right' phase people go through. People worry about their mouse grip, or the correct area to position their elbow/forearm in relation to the desk for best mouse control, or the 'correct' sensitivity etc etc. Because kovaaks gives you control over the target variables in an actual 3D space, you can just test everything yourself without having to stress yourself out in a real game.

When I first got this game I scored on average 75-80 in Tile Frenzy. I've put in 128 hours now (Took me a while to find a game I could use for flick shots that I really liked, to be fair), and my high score is up to "148.x", and on average I usually score around 125-135. The difference it makes in-game is phenomenal, too.

It's also helped me sort of categorize different "micro-skills" so that I can train certain things, specifically. For example, I learned that my score was low because I would line up a shot, then look for the next target, essentially taking them one-at-a-time. I was able to drastically improve my score when I learned to acquire the *next* target while still lining up my shot on the first target so that there wasn't a (relatively) huge time gap between shots. I was able to improve my score even further by prioritizing my targets (For example, the shot all the way across the screen might be a better target than the one you can barely see at all under your gun, even though the one under your gun might be closer to the crosshair). It helped me focus more on being accurate with my shots instead of fast, and speed just naturally followed. I learned to differentiate between "shoulder-aiming", "finger-aiming", "wrist-aiming", all of which I've learned help in very different scenarios, as well as learned to choose which one to do and when to do it...

Eventually I got to a point where I wasn't improving for an extended period of time (Averaging around 110-125 points/challenge, high score of 144.2), so I decided to focus on learning more specific "micro-skills", like focusing my eyes directly on each target. Within two weeks I've already improved my high score up to where it is now, and now I average 125-135 per challenge.

tl;dr - Yeah, this game helps tremendously, and if you find that you aren't improving, you might want to find specific things to focus on to improve. Even just one game like Tile Frenzy alone can significantly boost your skills if you know to focus on specific things. If it doesn't help, find something else to focus on. It all adds up, and every little bit counts.

I've set a highscore goal of 160, average score of 140-150 before I move on to a game that will help me track targets better. Set goals for yourself and keep on keeping on.
