How do i know if my sens is too high or too low?
I am trying to find a good sens as i have not improved much lately in the games i play, i bought kovaaks to help me improve accuracy and maybe find what's wrong with my aim and how i should ajust my sens

Quake/source sens = 2.55 / 400 dpi

Depending on the games you play, you find what is limiting with your current gear and sens.

lets say you arent willing to change gear like getting a bigger mousepad per say and because of that you run out of space, then is probably a good idea to increase ur sens.

lets say you do have a good size mousepad and "fast enough" sens, but the targets move close and fast to the point where u cant keep up, then probably is a problem of reacting rather than sens per say.

beyond listing more scenarios is all just personal preferences
u learn with experience just by seeing "limitations" with ur current setup

I am currently using a g403 mouse with qck+ mouse pad, so i don't see any limitations. It's just that i guess my tracking aim is really bad for example, i play rust a lot and i just can't seem to get the recoil of the main gun down.

Ive never played rust so cant really help with with its mechanics. but if its anything like cs then u just gotta learn the recoil pattern and aim 1/4-1/3 of a body ahead of them while controling recoil

I dont understand what you mean by learn? I mean i know the recoil patern, it's a backwards s but i just can't keep the recoil down and on target. Like it seems 'uncontrollable'. Btw, i've played csgo and i know the recoil patterns in those games relatively decent.
