It's outright the better option, though I would consider a slower flow of time than something like Harvest Moon, for example. Maybe 1 hour = 1 day? Definitely take your time experimenting
Sorry to hear that. I guess ill have to stick to Animal Crossing then. Good luck with your game and thanks for the response.
Having played animal crossing it's probably because a real time or slow moving game isn't as compelling to pay for long periods of time because you are just waiting around for time to speed up to get things done. I didn't understand it at first, but then I realized that I'm not supposed to play animal crossing for long sessions and had way more fun checking in the game 3 times a day for maybe 20-30 minutes with each session.
You're really forcing this in every thread you're posting in.
Its fine, let people play Hokko Life. Let people enjoy Hokko Life without getting all defensive in various weird and awkward ways.
..............
As for the time bit, I guess it makes for an interesting compromise. Its a bit disappointing, though looking back at what New Leaf had done to me I guess this is a good system to go with. Modding can take care of any issues that Robert can't for Hokko Life.
+1.
I'll reply properly this time saying that this is indeed a nice compromise, especially for those with busy lives. Not everybody can play games in real time (as mobile games expect) so this is a nice way to include those who tend to be excluded for simply living.
Modding can probably tweak something (if allowed) though also struggle with time myself. So many games, so little time.
It would be nice to have as an option, though.
