You build the camp and the pigeon coop but they dont' get marked as done so the level never ends.

I'm having an issue with opening and playing. When I go to the game, it's just a black screen.

I've done everything on the level but it's not crossing them off on the bottom to show completed, so the level won't end!

How do I get this please? I don't see the stop time ability. What am I missing?
