Problem flashing Menu

I recently started playing the game, my first time playing I didn´t hava any problem, but now I wanted to continue with my playthrough and for some reason the menu moves alone, similar to when a key is stuck and moves fast by itself.

What can I do, because like I said before, the first time worked without any issue.

Note: I don't use a Gamepad. It´s the keyboard from my laptop what I´m using, but it doesn't give me any problems with other games and apps.
