manual for stockpile
What number should I set if I want everyone to take everything they need ?

How do I arrange it so that the trader takes the ordered items?
Where do I set the quantity ?
Where is the manual for controlling these several warehouses ?
After just a couple of days playing, I'm left very disappointed, with no desire to push on.

It is not at all clear how to order to deliver goods to a foreign trader in mission number 2. And for him to pick it up.
I built 2 of one for a foreign trader entering the city. The other just for the city.

And I still don't know how to operate it ?

Why isn't there a manual for the game? It doesn't work at all.

Hello.
As you can see jeweler is across the street and has no material from the mines to produce jewelery !!!!!!

So what now ? With that ?

Looks like the issue is that stockpile is also taking copper and I bet the workers are tied up walking across the map to deal with the copper and the AI never assigns any to deal with supplying the Jewelers.

Honestly the stockpiles get screwed up so much if they accept more than one item

Exactly as I expected .YOU CAN'T ANSWER WHAT DOESN'T WORK ON MY PICTURES.
The game doesn't work even though I have everything enabled.
Alright, this method seems to work for me - If a button is green, its yes, if its red, it's no.

So, if you want to gather or buy an item, make sure the first green box in the row next to the items name is green. If you hover over the button with your cursor it will explain with a tooltip. Type into the box on the end what amount of the item you wish to gather or purchase, this is important, you will end up with the default amount of goods if you don't change this number to the amount you wish to buy or gather from your own lands.

If you want to export an item, make sure the export button is green, and if you want to import an item, the import button must be green. If you wish to store the item so no-one can buy or use it, make sure the collect button is green.

And the opposite is true, a red button means no buying or gathering, or selling or storing of that product.

Sorry I'm pretty tired and don't have time right now to look at your screenshots, but another thing to ensure is that you have an adequate number of storage yards, no spaces left to put products means that things aren't collected from production buildings, and therefore don't make it to the next building in the production chain, such as barley to brew, or turquoise to give the jeweller.

So there's no solution? ofc

You can build a second stockpile, with the purpose of jewelry, to streamline the whole process.
