Help: Issue with Import Jewelry - Campaign Chapter 6: Bent Pyramid of Dahshur

Hello. I've basically completed the campaign 6 missions. I've completed 7 out of 8 steps to build the Bent Pyramid for Sneferu. My people are happy (6/6), my city is Prosperus (26+), I've plenty of Bread in my bank (40k+), and steady income above expenditure, etc.

The only remaining Step to complete the Pyramid, and therefore complete the mission, is to import 1600 Jewelry.

I have an active market and lots of trades, lots of good imported and exported, but the Jewelry just does not arrive and is never delivered.

I have an active trade with the settlement (Gebtyu) that should provide the Jewels, and they receive my goods (Linen). And even though I have Stockpiles ready to receive Jewelry, it just doesn't happen.

It took me many hours and attempts to get to this point, very close to the end of the Mission and Chapter 6 of the campaign, and I really would like to complete it and move on. Can you help me with this?

I have the same issue!!!
I see the trader who sells jewelry.... but he just stands still next to the road! nothing is happening around that spot. no idea how to get him moving..... stockpiles are waiting for him to arrive and to trade.

Check your road connections are all connected. That may be the issue.

Hi, Yes all the roads are connected and I can successfully export goods to the same settlement/city and other towns (e.g., Bricks, Pottery, etc), and I received other items from other settlements as well (e.g.Flax). But Jewelry is not imported and traded to my settlement to any of the stockpiles available (which are activated to receive Jewelry and have plenty of room).

I think I found the bug that blocks the Jewelry trading in Chapter 6.
The trader that should be coming from-to Gebtyu shows different goods and prices (named "Coptos" VS Gebtyu).

Most importantly, the trader is also stuck in the settlement and not moving. I used to trade Linen successfully, but now that is also stuck and not working (it is blocked at export 4k).

Is there any way to un-stuck NPC?

Hi, I managed to complete the Pyramid, Jewelry imports were delivered. I was having problems with exports. exporting goods dropped significantly during the mission, leading to warehouses being full but no trade occurring in some goods.

i did not have any problems with jewelry, if there is an issue, just make a building on accepting jewelry, that normaly helps
