My save simply deleted, 158 Hrs lost
lost my complete showcase mod and myplayer and more

You should have a savedata_backup in the same folder . Go into your steam folder in whatever drive you have it installed . Go to userdata folder and go into the folder in there and then go to the 817130 folder . Go into there and go into the remote folder and locate savedata_backup and rename it to SAVEDATA instead . Make sure your cloud is turned off for this game at least or even for Steam as a whole ( but at least for this game as its more a hindrance than a help ) then try your game again . If its ok then make sure you save something in game even if it's just an option setting and come out and hopefully you should have made a new save backup once again and your game is fixed . If there is no savedata_backup file though youre screwed unless you make manual backups of the entire 817130 folder like I do .

If there's no files there and you've never made a backup then unfortunately there doesn't seem to be a whole lot you can do . If you've had Cloud backups on then maybe there's a route there , but I don't use the cloud and prefer Manual backups so you'll probably need help from someone else in that department . Sorry :(

can feel ur payne brother I have lost more like 400h earlyer cause of that xD took me month to even turn on the game again, since then WWE 2K19 is the only game Iam backuping ma save files manualy after every game :D

(btw, in ma case game stopped responding durring the initial loading of the new game so I had to close it hardway by pressing alt-f4 to get back in to ma OS, when I started the game again the warning about corupted safe file poped out and lights wennt out :D what was the last drop was understanding that steam is not backuping backups a that that corupted game save has already synced to cloud as well just when I get back to Win after presing alt+F4 xD

Wish u to recover soon :D Cause I was so mad that it made me ba**ed here two times xD

I found a backup of my 15/5 now I did not miss much except a few matches of the universe and Hikaru Shida.
