No Sound Issue

Seems like there is some sort of sound glitch for me. no sound at all is playing. I know its not anything on my end since I played all through MW2 recently and had no such issues. Tried deleting Config folder, tried adjusting output settings to be set to my tv (hooked in by HDMI), but no luck. Might try downloading the original instead of the Enhanced to see if it persists there as well.

Did you try verifying the game files, mate?

I did, funily enough I also found out that I could circumvent the issue by using a pair of headphones plugged directly into the pc itself.

Hmm, perhaps the game isn't recognizing your speakers for reasons unknown.
