Is there a way to host a server?

Friends and I all have good internet and I can host servers for other games just fine, but lag is really bad on space hulk. Any ways I can make the multiplayer smoother?

What have worked for multiple of people i play with, me included is to make sure everyone you play with (you + all clients) are running the game .exe (SpaceHulkGame-Win64-Shipping) with "ADMIN" rights & "windows 7 compatibility" mode on.

Disabling "Fullscreen optimization" can help with frames, you'll still have fps dips, unavoidable, since the game API isn't very optimized (threading issues)
