Could be a Hierodule. Some kind of bio titan of the Tyranids... but... the Tyranids had no contact to the Olethros. So maybe it is some kind of Genestealer titan? Or the ship did find a Hierodule in the past on a planet after a Tyranid Invasion and retrieved it for further explorations?

Carnifex all the way

Carnifex most likely. It is too small to be a bio-titan; the smallest bio-titan is about the same size as a Scout-Class Titan (Warhound) which is about 3-5x bigger than that corpse (depending on whose measurements you are using as height for imperium titans varies based on the source material).

Wouldbe awesome if it ended up being some sort of super hard boss creature. A Carnifex would be terrible to fight haha

looks like a screamer killer carnifex
tho would need to see the skull to be sure

Here's another angle showing its head Ash... my target cross is in the way a bit though, was hard to explore well because waves kept coming.

yep screamer killer
tho its secondary talons look a bit weird and it has more fingers but thats a minor deviation from the standart so not weird for nids

Carnifex has different legs. This one has separate toes/claws on its hind legs.
It looks like a Scythed Hierodule, as Alby said. Or a Carnifex-Hierodule hybrid.
Size also seems to be consistent with the wiki info.

its too small to be a hierodule, those boxes arnt sentinel sized i think, tho perspective isnt great
also clearly has a carnifex head, hierodule head is far wider wih usually a bonefrill (or exoskeleton equivalent)
and while it doesnt seem to have a tail weapon, neither mace or stinger, its tail is far to long and slender compared to the stubby one a hierodule has
you are correct that a carnifex usually has hooves instead of toes
but if you look at the scything talons that also have too many fingers it just seems to come from a very fingerobsessed hive
maybe bread for boarding actions with fingers and toes for easier halway climbing or something

but who knows what new stuf a hive has spawned
the things allowed to TT players is nothing when compared to what nids really bring so could be a half and half between them
