Play through the campaign first, then you'll unlock all the special missions with randomized objectives and enemy spawns. Special missions also let you play with AI teammates if players aren't available. Not to mention unlike the campaign, you actually get to play other classes aside from just a Librarian.
Endgame content? Eh its kinda just a game to blow a little bit of time on here and there if you're in the mood for stepping into the boots of a Terminator. There's perks, weapon attachments, weapon and armor skins, etc... that you unlock through leveling up and gaining renown but thats about it. The special missions are pretty replayable though.
The AI teammates require a bit of baby sitting but you'll get used to them and learn their quirks.
For 8$ though, I'd say its worth it for sure. Not a perfect game, but not a bad game either. It has an amazing atmosphere that really catches that grimdark 40K feel.
Hard bargain
There is nothing to thing about anymore!
Do it!
