I strongly advise not to buy this at all and instead there are better titles fps/tps hack and slash Warhammer 40k games like:
https://store.steampowered.com/app/552500/Warhammer_Vermintide_2/
https://store.steampowered.com/app/1222370/Necromunda_Hired_Gun/
https://store.steampowered.com/app/235540/Warhammer_End_Times__Vermintide/
( Enjoyable although multiplayer is pvp only )

The trick to working with your AI comrades is to work within their limitations.
Easy progression: Level them up to +20% armour and storm hammers. Level yourself to gain all the Librarian powers. Give Baradul the storm hammer. You can leave him on guard duty while you forge ahead. This keeps your healer alive and Baradul can catch up in the lulls.
I bought it solely for the single player experience and it was definitely worth the money.
The campaign is whatever, i think the fun lies in the special ops, it's basically the campaign maps with somewhat random objectives, you can select your class and loadout as well as your AI allies's loadout, i recommend giving the thunder hammer and shield to the Assault terminator as he will always be the rearguard and will be immortal with that, until you learn to command the AI.
I made 4-5 videos about the special missions, if you are interested in watching the gameplay of those in particular i'll drop you a link to my playlist of recorded videos for space hulk spec missions :

Played on 3do. Can still play it. Game has windows version. Wish somebody remade it into unity or something. I still don't see anything like that game.
