Hoods + Robes

I know DW is about Terminators, but don't you feel that these Termies don't look Dark Angels enough? I wanted nice olive / pine green robes and I got...standard Termies with a splash of Green. In this case I'll change it to red(damn does Apoth etc look good in White + Red), but I still wish for some nice DA Robes.

Well on the one hand, in the lore its only really the Deathwing Knights who do the whole "hoods n' robes" thing with their terminator armor. Most DA termies don't go heavy on the ornamentation.

On the other hand, quite literally every guy I know who plays dark angels builds their termies out of the Deathwing Knight/Deathwing Command Squad kit, because termies with robes and golden eagle wings all over them are just freakin' cool.

Yeah, just this. Until then, I'll stick with my Red Cross / White Scars look. Too bad there aren't such looks for Chaplain or Librarian.

for being one of the knightly orders there is not a whole lot of valour honour duty etc, the devs massively screwed up with the huge lack of lore and content that makes sense.

the chaplain gets a hood though, so there is that lmfao

Indeed. Most of it is boring white. While I get that this is 1st Company Termies of Angels of Vengeance(most likely), imagine how good the proper DAs would look. Note: I am not requesting other chapters(Olethros is DA operation, after all), but rather for more iconic DA look.

That's just what they look like; Basic Dark Angels wear dark green armor with robes. Ravenwing wears all black. Dark Angles are very fashion trendy like that..lol.

(The newer Termies who wear green robes are Knights, an entirely different unit to what we play in Deathwing.)

I mean personally, as an oldschool 40k TT fan; I like how they look currently.

It wouldn't hurt my feelings any if the robed look was an alternative option you could buy with renown though.

Ideally, I'd like every major sub chapter represented(DAs + Vengeance + Deathwing + Ravenwing + others). I bought this game mostly because DAs, mind! And Terminators, ofc. I just didn't know I'd get to play as an Epistolary of the Chapter. I always wanted to play like / as one! I still think they could've been more creative with him. Force walls, Force PushPull, Domes of anti Ranged, Haste / Slow etc. It's an EPISTOLARY! Like Veteran Librarian lol!
