I agree. The performance of the Enhanced Edition is still really bad. Even on low settings, no AA etc. and with a resolution of 1024x768 my framerate drops to 45fps in combat (single player). Solid 60+ fps are important for me in ego-shooter games.

GTX 960 (4GB) - latest graphics driver installed
I5 4670K @ 3.40 GHZ
16GB RAM
SSD

yeah, it just sucks because it actually is a fun game. Its just the performace thats holding it back.

That's weird, I'm on a gtx1070, Fx-8320, 16gb ram on all ultra with no framerate drops at all, even in the most intense battles. My buddy is on a super low end laptop and it runs smooth on low for him.

Hi thanks for your information! So you and your buddy don't have fps below 60?

Greetings!

Well your problem might be having a cpu that does not exist.

And your problem is not knowing how to spot a cpu. Instead of trying to sound like a smartass, you now look like a dumbass

You have better specs than my home computer that runs the game on high with 60-75 FPS at 1080p. It could be a million different things from thermal throttling to a process running in the background taking up too much resources. I can't really help without more details.

Yeah, I understand there isn't much you can do on your end. I've tried multiple stuff on my end too. I'm just glad it's not only me. Friends I was playing with all had problems too. Especially the guy with the 1080ti. He crashed like 6 times.

Only program I have running in the background according to the task bar Is discord and steam. I use to have msi afterburner with riviatuner, but I saw no difference with it on or off. My temps are fine too. Nothing that stands out. Even put my cpu on high priority and nothing.

R5 1600X@3.9Ghz
EVGA SC 1080 @ 2012Mhz core, 12006Mhz mem
16GB DDR4@3200Mhz
Installed on HDD

Game runs anywhere between 75-120FPS, max settings at 1920x1080 for me. One thing I've noticed is that the when my framerate chugs, my CPU utilization spikes. It would be helpful if you could provide some diagnostic graphs from when your framerate dips, like CPU utilization, GPU utilization, temps, RAM usage, etc. so we can get a better feel for exactly what's happening.

Me too folks...
i73770k @ 4.5ghz
EVGA SC 1080ti 11gb
samsung evo ssd
16bg ddr3 @ 2200mhz

Max settings + vsync
...Pretty disappointed, stopped playing the first time due to performance, runs solid 60 until certain areas with heavy action, drops to a min of 40-45. Still a heck of a lot more playable than before but was really hoping to have optimum experience with no drops this time round :(
