Easy is boring and hardest is almost 1 hit death to some enemy (leaper)
Hardest difficulty definitely gives you a good sense of the Space Hulk IP though. You have to move slowly and methodically. You might struggle through some of the later levels if your first play through is on hardest.
Ohhh, I see the issue. Wow, that actually sounds like it would be a really fun game mode. "Authentic difficulty," where both sides kill each other extremely easily. I played the other Space Hulk game, the turn-based tactical one, and I certainly do remember having to hunker down for prolonged periods of time, haha.
We often played on No Mercy mode with fully kitted out termites, but left FF off because we're bizerkerz.....
