Know this feeling. Seems like this and Deep Rock Galactic are mostly played by US players, and the timezone difference sucks.

Only thing I can suggest is when you host a match in MP put "UK" in the match name somewhere. Or country of origin whatever it might be, the more people who do this the easier it'll become to find geo local matches, spread the word and purge on.
