to unlock the characters you need to choose a squadron and complete the tutorial, then you will unlock everything. I just did it here and unlocked all characters, except light yagami

Character Pass 2 nowhere to find. Character Pass 1 key is right now around +-150€

Unfortunately this game has been delisted a long ago. The only way to get DLC is through 3rd party sites

I did every tututrial mission again and didnt get the dlc characters

because you have do buy them. you can't just unlock dlc characters. thats the point in it being DLC. you cant buy them unless you get a code from third party site
