The AI is extremely annoying.
Is it just me or you're also experiencing issues with the AI of the enemies on the following aspects:

-They block all the time
-If you manage to pull out a combo, they eventually counter it too even if you manage to counter-counter their ♥♥♥♥♥♥ counter
-They counter your every move
-They spam the same supers over and over
-They do an insane amount of damage
-They force you to use cheesy moves

I don't want to find cheesy techniques like the Aizen's combo, just have fun and use the ones I like. Do you have suggestions to improve the quality of the experience or tips for making it easier to handle? I'm too annoyed right now.

git gud

If they block, use throw
If they pull out a combo, use evasion with LB
If they counter, try using some ranged skills
Supers are easy to avoid, just hold block button. If your character didn't perform any move like attack or skill, then you should be able to block it.
Leveling up helps with insane amount of damage
They don't force you to use anything cheesy.
They can stop Aizen's cheesy techniques.
Git Gud
what I read from others is that the ai can be defeated by pressing the same one button over and over.

I will see about your tip on the ranged skills, it's the only thing in your suggestions I didn't know and I appreciate the effort. I mean I know that I can parry their supers, but I find it annoying to stand still and parry until they finally used all their bars.

Also it happens to me very often that the grabs do not enter. In the beginning I had issues because I didn't know that they don't work after a combo, but also it happens very often that they avoid it with a backflip and manage to pull out a full combo.

"Git gud" though, that is not very helpful at all.

I never use Grabs honestly. What I found helps, is when enemy starts blocking, mix in Y attacks. A full charge will break the guard, and the more advanced AI will move out of the way of the attack, giving you an opening for ranged attacks/other options.

Some moves can be used in the air. USE THESE. The AI doesn't like fighting in the air, and players don't either, but when AI starts moving towards you, jump, fire. Works a decent amount of the time. The other possible option is use counters.

But in general I've found "Git Gud" roughly translates into "keep practicing combat and experimenting around. There are solutions, but telling you will make it so you won't get as good at the game as you would if you found the information yourself." That or "I found the information out for myself, can't be that hard you ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ scrub lmao L33T" And such.

There are ways to counter the guard. In fact every move in the game, from "dodge" to counters have a counter. You just gotta find em :)

I feel the same like walmont...The ai is a pain in the ass...
Even leveling isn't helpfull...Not sure if it makes diffrences...

For example the level-training-missions:

Game gives us a reckommended level, but if you are fast and have luck with the ai you can beat them with low-level-char...
The same fight 10-15 lvl later you should beat them with no problems, but (so far i have encountered this issue) even if you are high above the recommended lvl sometimes the ai will beat your ass in seconds and you have no chance of doing something...

They grab, spam supers and sometimes it is just impossible to evade or block their attacks...
If this happens, i have to restart the fight aaaaand a miracle happens:
The ai fights normal again (thank god we have less and fast loadingscreens in game *sarcasm off*)....not sure if this a bug or a feature, but i hate it

This game has beatifull graphics and its a mighty crossover and it has so much potential, but at the current state the game needs

a better working ai
more content/missions
fu*king attribute points for creating a personal char
aaaand more "speech-sound" for npc's or even the created char (and no i am not talking of dubs, japa. with subs is ok)

wkr

what i have found is :
on low level missions when u pull combo with super extension ai will get a lot smarter.(maybe they fixed that)
ai is almost undefeated when it do quick vanish on hard levels it will always have right timing and if it have not enough mobility will use counter instead(counter lose less mobility meter)
few tips on ai
when u use mobility to dash to enemy u can :
use assist so u will be covered ( and try regular combo -when assist is on guard break and throws will not work)
-use dash to attack with guard break (long press x or y)
-there are few types of ai. For example black beard is stupid as hell he will very often use his moves out of range (include his awekened skill). Vegeta is very happy trigger and usually use awekened skill when he have occasion and after it he spams homing projectiles with big bang attack.
what u can do:
level up as much as possible (do not bother with missions for gold)
try to acrquire j-abilities (depends on your playstyle but they help a lot)
-u can add abilities to your moves (tho they are weak)
-remeber to add sp points to your characters (it will make them a lot stronger)
on higher difficulties i advise to use consumables items (for attack it gives even 20%)
experiment with your abilities try to find the ones u like (some throws some counters or beams )
i could give u description how to fight half of the ai tho i do not want to write as much. The hardest ai found was sasuke (on highest diff he changes into amaterasu spam and ruin perfect score)

"git gud" isn't the right answer...
This is AI and AI in all games are very annoying! They will spam everything they have.

They get worse with higher difficulties.
7 will be the most challenging and fun, but the AI spam is insane
6 feels ok but the ai stand around and do nothing more often
5 still has its fun but it will get boring quick because, like 6, they stand and nothing...

Facing Naruto on 7 for example. This guy will spam kurama whenever his Awakening Gauge is half way or full (this is the same with all the Naruto characters funny enough)
Vegeta and Freeza are another two examples...

If you wanna face AI then you have to play dirty too :/ (same with players...)

the Ai is freaking dumb and can be easily exploited............which is really bad
since fighting it this way, only starts effecting how you fight, and when you give online a try, those habits will make you an easy target against other humans

but yeah i agree about them blocking all the time, one time i got curious and watched CPU vs CPU at level 7 and see how the match goes....since the AI at that level focuses only on countering, 80% of the match was just the characters staring at each other guarding waiting for the other to do a move so that they can counter it with a charge or super spam...
honestly, level 6 is better, since it actually tries to fight more properly instead of only trying to counter

Ive noticed this, too...

To get S rank, i had to result into using kenshiro in every fight, oO

& If im hit more then like 1nce or 2ce each match or round, i dont get s rank or i loose, 1 hit sometimes almost kills me by an ai, oO

They are so hard, sure i can win with cheesy attacks, but? Thats not why i bought the game, -_-
