Any advice ? jump force online connection not working.

I have already made a post about this a couple days ago and i am making a new one cause since then i have tried many things. I have changed my name exactly 37 times *don't ask why I counted* and i have restarted my internet 4 times. so far nothing has worked. my internet is perfect and my steam games all work online except jump force, I also know that many other people are having this issue, for those who want to rip your hair out and drink bleach *i feel you*.
I have already emailed Bandai and they should get back to me soon. for now, if you have any other advice on the matter for me and other people who suffer from this issue, plz comment your advice bellow. thank you, and have a nice day ;3

At this point my advice would be to just wait, they're releasing a patch on the 18th so a fix might be in there for those who are having trouble connecting

Run as admin, add it to your firewall/virus exceptions...no idea beyond that. I've had no issues and been playing since early access day so it must be something abnormal.
