how to change subtitle

Go to your Steam's 'Game Library', right click on its game 'Properties', select 'Languages' then select your desired available language for the game.

NOTE: Each language is subtitle and interface only, not audio.

im trying to change it to japanese but its not listed in the languages, any ideas?

Japanese text isn't available.

Since there isn't any dub coming there is very little need of japanese subs.
