When you are awaken with kakashi it does it automatic when you use the skill after. A bit like goku when you are ssj you teleport with the kamehameha but in kakashi's case its he use his skill a second time

My CAC can use the Kahme Hame Ha at will,
I can use it almost Instantly, & frequently, in such short amounts of time... o_@

But, but, eventually the Energy runs out, & i'm unable to use it till I
Recharge...

Yes.
They are talking about how Goku will warp (instant transmission) behind you if Kamehameha is fully charged while Goku is awakened/Super Saiyan.

CAC does not get this.

I actually thought the CAC could Teleport Kame Ha...

Maybe they did, & now they can't?

I could of sworn I have done it before...

& as for the Full Kame Ha, that makes more sense now...

only ssj . i dont remember exactly but i think ssjb is a bigger kamehameha or a stronger one but it is diff from the regular one that we use with our cac and regular goku without transf
