Why this game failed

It's not because the story nor the quality of it,it's just one word...Hype.
They hyped their game up for WAY more than it was,"50 animes+" or something like that.
They showed characters that weren't even playable.And by calling it Jump Force(I.E Shonen Jump)They just shot themselves in the leg.

Even saying the online fighting is very fun. Is only fun to people think it is very fun.... But fun didn't last long... Most of the people play daily on steam have gotten smaller. Even on saturday morning or night. Some or more people have problem with server connection...

I'm no hater,if you enjoy it,I envy you.
But the characters seem repetetive and feel the same even though they have very different powers.The game is just unfinished,borderline false advertising and just disappointing overall.

Making 6(out of 40 something)per popular anime was no compliment either.
If they took 3 characters per anime and made more,I think way more people would be happy.

It only fun for a bit for me only. Then I got bored after a 2 to 3 days... I don't even think this game should be 10 out of 10. It should be some where around 4 to 5 out of 10 rating to me. I already saw most of the reason why people hate it after playing.

The story is the worst because 90% of the time you are reading dialogue boxes and the story twist is so stupid.
Dragon Ball Fighterz is a much better than Jump Force because it's not boring because the gameplay is enjoyable and it's actually a challenge rather than button mashing like this game.

Um,no?There are new mechanics,new characters,new combos,another gear system and customizable characters.
I won't preorder the game because that is how companies make a quick buck while having a sh*t game but from what I see it will turn out even better than x,and x was pretty good.

how many hours u played to review the game ?

Just to be clear. I don't own the game on steam. But I do own the game on PS4 atless. As I already said earlier post in this thread. I been playing for like 2 to 3 day into I got bored. Ok... I did beat that weird looking alien boss atless.

I almost forgot. I stop playing after doing outfit hunting mission that I have trouble finding out which outfit that I already got or didn't get yet. Also have to check if outfit were made for male character or female character. That I have to switch between them every time to know that I have a new outfit for them. It can't even tell me the name of the outfit that you own at all. Some of the mission that reward you special attack. Not the one that in the S rating. It don't even tell me that I already got it. I have to check my special attack list that I own every times. To know for sure that I own it.

how many hours u played ? and dont say to easy i can kick ur ass easily and u never win the real button mashing is 2d fighting games when a combo reach u u can't do anything to it i think u are noob fighter and 2d fighting games wont be more enjoyable than 3d fighting games

PC game and online has been destroyed by users with bad PC hardware, 3 on 4 matches are slowmo, and for a game in 2019 online is kind of the most important thing. Jump Force, even with a bad framerate is better on PS4, me having a GTX1080 I get steady 60 FPS, but everything is useless when facing these users, that’s why I partly abandoned this game...
