Help me plz! game crashes!

after passing the prologue, the game immediately crashes and gives an error
(an unreal process has crashed ue4-Jump_Force)
I do not know how to deal with it,

I had one of these errors once, managed to fix it for myself, not sure if it'll do the same for you.

First off , go to your Library > Right click Jump Force > Properties > Local Files > Browse Local Files > in the local files folder, open up Easy Anti Cheat, run the set up, run the repair service for Jump Force.

Second. also in the local files folder, run Jump_Force as an admin.

If these don't work, check to see if all your graphics drivers are updated, windows updates, etc.
