I got perm banned because I downloaded the SHAGGY MOD FROM SCOOBY DOO

I did not know the mod was still installed when I jumped on a rank match. I accidently played shaggy and whupped the guy I was playing and he reported me. I think he was fred.

amount of hours is not any excuse he should forfeited match and right away uninstall mod

I don't think it was the Shaggy Mod itself.

Looking at the instructions here: to use the Shaggy mod, you need to install another mod that disables the Anti-Cheat. You would have gotten banned for that.

Not playing as Shaggy wouldn't have saved you, you would have gotten flagged as a cheater as soon as you entered the ranked queue, or possibly earlier.

So his hours are fake,which means he was probably cheating and then came here to the forums to say he didn't backed up by his hours.
