Problems with Shadowplay and HDR

For some bizarre reason, when I play the game today, Shadowplay won't record if HDR is enabled. It says that HDR mode must be turned off to record. The weird thing is that I was recording with HDR on last night so I don't understand why it isn't allowing me to record today.

If I manually edit the engine.ini file and turn HDR off, it records now, but if I play the game without the extra lines that turn off HDR, it won't record at all (despite working fine yesterday night).

I can record other games in HDR fine (although I didn't get a chance to test it with another HDR game yet today).

I also noticed that instead of GeForce Experience icon in task bar being the usual grey icon, it's now the green Nvidia Control Panel icon.

Does anyone know how to fix this issue? The game looks so much better in HDR so I really hope that I can still record it like that. I don't understand why it worked fine yesterday but not today.

Any help with this issue would be greatly appreciated.
