Cannot climb ropes

Not getting the "use" option to climb, but another player is. Is this a known issue?

What we did was leave the game. Both verify the game files. Then when we went back into the game it worked for both of us.

I have the same issue. Playing in multiplayer, both of us via GeForce. I do not get the option to climb but my partner does. I can't verify the files, since it's not installed on my computer. Any tips?

We got the same issue here. Joining the game with insomnia x6 and can't use rope (the E option doesn't show up) for 2 players out of 3. We all tried the check files integrity trick but in vain. I tried to remove the coop config and save file and then retried to join the game ; no improvement. I'm stuck in Habacca map and can't escape from there.
Please tell me someone has found a way to fix it.

Thanks but I just refunded this game because it became " Green hell"
Each time I tried climb the rope and I could not I had to begin the game all over again and my friend and I could not play multiplayer due to the fact that because of this flaw we could not finish the tutorial.
Enough said.

Not a good reason to have refunded it. Both of you think about co-op and not what the game's potential was. That's an ignorant excuse. Sure, playing with a friend is good for some yet you didn't even try to play the game before jumping into co-op knowing good and well if, you ever read the forums that, co-op has it's problems. Refunding a game because you can't see a rope..that's funny.

I get frustrated with this game daily about one thing or, another but, I at least I played the game long enough to deal with some of it, like I have to do with every single game on the market that I own. If you can create a similar game that is flawless, let me know and I'll buy it so I can complain about not being able to use this or, that.

Another thing, I don't play co-op due to the issues it has so, I really don't care but, the game is good enough to keep me playing it. Just remember, when a game is created to be a single player game with many alternatives for it as in add-ons such as DLC then everyone about, "No co-op, no buy" and the devs have to work an extra night to try in implement it into an actual single player game and it has issues, all you can do is whine about it having issues and refund it. So lame.

You both should have tried the story, single player and/or, the DLC alone before, jumping into co-op. That way, you could have experienced some of the problems that the devs try to fix and been a bit more active on the forums to know more about it. If you have already refunded it then, you didn't really care about playing the game in the first place. You didn't own it long enough.
