Didn't get form for shura ending.

So is there a memory for the shura ending, or is my save screwed? I beat Isshin, got the ending cut scene, it prompted me to start game 3, but I didn't get a form out of it.

You get the forms/costumes from the boss rushes called gauntlet of strength. Doing the Shura ending is required to get the Shura form because you fight the specific bosses needed to unlock the "Gauntlet of Strength: Shura", which uses bosses that only appear during the Shura path. You will also need to fight and kill the Demon of Hatred optional boss, only available to fight after you beat the divine dragon and head back on foot to where your journey started. Completing that gauntlet will get you the form.

I see, thanks! It gave me the ashina form after completing one of the endings right off the bat, was that a bug?

No, that one's just a freebie, but to obtain the other outfits, you need to complete their respective Gauntlets.

What they said. Ashina form was for completing the game with any ending. Here is the wiki page for gauntlets to see what they give and the bosses needed to kill for the gauntlet to unlock.
