Don't deflect, just dodge. Stay well out of the way of his horns and spam attacks to reduce his health. The firecrackers will be very useful for this fight.

The Blazing Bull is definitely an extremely tough fight for what's essentially a scared animal. In NG+ or +2 his initial charge doesn't kill the soldiers standing around in his arena, so you have to deal with them at the same time. That's definitely "fun". :trolol:
