shura NG+ or nah?

Doing all endings and most achivements.

Wondering if its worth it to wait to do homecoming ending after shura ending

You can save backup and do all endings in one playthrough.

or you can have fun and do all 4 endings in 4 playthroughs.

There is no difference whichever way you choose to go as far as achievements are concerned. Also, if you are confident enough, it really doesn't matter. However, if you are like me, you do any of the other 3 endings first, i.e. you would have access to FountainHead District and then Daemon of Hatred, you would have upgraded all your prosthetic except two (due to fixed number of lazurlite crystals available in anyone game, you need 12 but only 10 are available in a game, i.e. you have to play NG+ to upgrade all your prosthetic) and you would have attained almost all arts. Oh, obviously, you would need to do some XP farming during your 1st run. Good luck and have fun :)

currently doing Resurrection ending. I am close the end. All that's left is sword saint isshin and demon of hatred.

only lazulite upgrade I have right now is lazulight sacred flame

Hmm... for your reference, from experience, the lazurite Axe is really OP! 2nd will be the lazurite Shuriken as it can still hurt enemy even if they are blocking. The rest are for fun purpose really. I mean they are good but not in all circumstances. They are only good in specific conditions. For instances, the lazurite flame seems to be very effective against those heavy armoured warriors who shoot out terror balls. However, it is emblem hungry. I mean you will use up your spirits in seconds and if you haven't killed the warrior after that, you maybe in trouble as you will have little to no time changing your gear in mid-fight.
By the way, Resurrection ending? You mean Dragon Home coming one? If so, some called it the best ending. And you will have to collect a few more conversations and items.
When you have done them all, I recommend starting a new game from scratch and then give back the Charm at the end of the 1st conversation with Kuro, that is if you have not done it already. This will make the game much harder, especially during the 1st run. It will be slightly easier during NG+ and so on, since you will have learned most of the arts by now. Have fun and good luck :)

There is no difference except if you choose the Shura ending you won't be able to get Lapis Lazuli on that playthrough in NG+. But that doesn't matter because prosthetics are for casuals anyway.

Also, what is the Resurrection ending?

I've just been doing one ending per playthrough instead of backing up my save and doing it all at once (can you even do it all at once? the different endings have different requirements..). Just my personal preference.

There are 4 endings. Shura Ending is the shortest as there will be no access to FountainHead, hence a few of the important items for upgrade. As for the other 3, you can use the backing up of saved game files and restoring them so that you can get all these 3 in one go, well, so to speak. As to the conditions and items, yes, you can get them all. But you have to do it at the right moment, or rather when the prerequisite conditions are satisfied. For instance, the home coming one, to initiate it, one has to use the rice 3 times, eating them or giving them away.
