Unable to Successfully Launch Game

I've reinstalled the game a couple of times now. I've tried booting it in compatibility mode. I've checked if my drivers are up to date and they are.

The Game just wont start and I need some help if anyone else has had this issue and fixed it.

If you need an idea what my set up is, I have a 4070Ti and a Ryzen 7 5800X3D so I should more than comfortably be able to run this game.

The only thing I can suggest to do is by elimination as there are too many possible reasons.
Since you have already reinstalled the game a couple of times now, I suggest downloading DDU (Display Driver Uninstaller) from its official website (google it). DDU will remove ALL traces of the current GPU driver installed plus its installation folders and temp folders. It can only be run in Safemode. Doing so, it will automatically do its stuff. All you do is to choose NVidia (as the software works with AMD as well). It will also stop Window to install its driver when getting back to Window. When it finishes removing the driver software, it will reboot the PC. Once back onto Windows, download the latest NVIdia driver (just in case) and install it. Now try running the game again.
