Just a Black Screen when I boot the game
Game had been running completely fine before this, but I booted up the game today and opened up task manager to go back to my desktop to let my controller connect (for some reason my xbox controller doesn't connect to my pc when I'm in a game). After I tabbed back into the game, there was a black screen but the audio still worked and the game still ran, like I still had controller input register. Does anyone know what the problem could be?

Have you tried checking the integrity of local game files? This will reinstall any corrupted files of the game. Good luck and have fun :)

Hello, I have the same issue. I've tried checking integrity and everything else that could be found on internet, and literally nothing is working (help)

In that case, I would suggest uninstalling the game and then reinstall it. If you have saved games, don't worry as they are saved in the cloud storage of Steam.
Actually, just has an idea. Download DDU (Display Driver Uninstaller) from its official website then install it. You have to run it in safemode. This software will remove everything of your display driver, including its installation folder. The software works with both NVidia and AMD GPU. Just choose the one you have. The software will also stop Window installing its driver. Once it has finished removing the GPU driver, it will need to reboot the computer. Once you are back in Window, download the latest version, again (just in case) and then install it. Hope this help. Good luck :)
