Peak Physical Strength achievement is not working!

Currently on ng+4 and I have had maxed out vitality (being 20) since ng+2. I have seen a few other threads with people with this problem however no solutions. Let me know if you have any ideas on what it could be.

Sometimes Steam achievements just don't achieve for unknown reasons. I know tricks to resend the prompt in some games, but not for Sekiro. What you can do if it bugs you is get the Steam Achievement Manager to give yourself the achievement manually. It's a third-party program, but it's completely safe and Steam does not care about its use at all.

First option is to play again which makes you feel like you are doomed.

Second option is to use steam archive manager. you don't even need to open the game. you directly find the relevant archivement and select it and confirm it from the top right. but don't get too used to this because this can ruin your game profile.
