Just found this for anybody curious which says that neither of the above get more difficult in new game plus mode
Demon Bell or charm from the main campaign still apply to make the bosses harder with no benefit aside from extra challenge.
Gaunlet boss versions have very slightly better stats than the reflections bosses.
They do NOT scale with NG+ or with the game time of the day cycle.
