However if you are out of ressurections then you can use it if you are confident enough you won't be too cocky and won't miss reading that the enemys' attack hit and u've taken dmg. yeah pretty useless item to most but hey if you are out of ressurection power you could use it but watch out that you notice if u get hit by very damaging attack because sekiro won't falter/stagger/flinch so you'd think you didn't get hit at all when in fact u actually did.
