Controls are bad
The controls up until now have felt okay but now that I'm fighting the horse riding dude and Lady Butterfly I gotta say it's very frustrating. I am on KB+M and it is basically impossible to consistantly perform a special attack, it's like kicking in DS1/2/3, you are just gonna fail every once in a while but this time they decided to bind a key move to it. I loose 50% of my health every once in a while to basically nothing cause my player decided to block instead of doing a special move. The other thing is that doing a grapple attack onto the horse rider is also inconsistant, I have to smast the button like crazy or it sometimes just won't perform the move, once again resulting in me taking massive damage. Good thing they decided it would be best if they didn't let you re-bind the special attack button like with every single other action you can perform.

Also, I died at the horse guy after I killed him cause he was doing the spin attack or something, also, the camera often times decides to lock-off of enemies for no damn reason.

I play on KB+M, hence the issue with pressing two mouse buttons at the same time, I found the solution to this to be just mashing the two buttons.

There's nothing particularly difficult about pressing both left and right mouse buttons at the same time. Just make sure you press the right one before the left one, and make sure you don't let go of it.

well there's your problem, noob
the games are designed for sticks. any pc gamer worth his salt should have a controller. PC is about optimal play. Many games, third person action especially, are designed for controllers. reminds me of the fools who played Witcher 3 that way.

There is nothing wrong play third person with m&kb.

yes there is. some games are fine. RE2 plays beautifully with kbm, because it is a slow survival horror with shooting. Any game like Sekiro or Souls is 100% objectively better with a controller, whether you recognize that fact or not.

how? the reason souls is bad with kbm is because fromsoft ♥♥♥♥♥♥ it up. sekiro is amazing with kbm because fromsoft became GOOD devs. also ♥♥♥♥ turning camera with joystick

360 degree movement instead of 4 cardinal directions, analog instead of digital for speed control, easy ability to move camera and character simultaneously (no clue why you'd complain about camera movement with a stick in a non-shooter unless you never use one). Playing third person action games with no shooting with a mouse is just awkward and janky. Also none of these games are made with kbm in mind, so they never take advantage of its strengths (inventory management for example).

No its no fact you can move turn and aim for directions faster with a mouse. Thats a fact.

I general both works. Whatever works better for you.

On an honest note, the only benefit to using a controller is being able to move in more than 8 directions, but that's generally useless. In DS3 they ♥♥♥♥♥♥ something up with the way the camera is handled on KB+M so I can see myself using it there but in DS1-2 or Sekiro it's honestly fine. Haven't played Bloodborne on KB+M so couldn't tell you how that one is.

joystick is miles away from the B button so you cant just run through an area filled with enemies safely. souls is filled to the brim with tight corridors and thats annoying with joystick. bosses are always on the move so unless youre using lock on your joystick will ♥♥♥♥ you over. lock on even fails 50% of the time

Played DS1 and DS2 and Sekiro with kb&m. Well sekiro first playthrough with controller so i can tell kb&m is better.

Played DS3 with controller but when i revisit it now i play with kb&m as well.

Bloodbore is PS4 only so no m&kb 😆

Yeah that was a joke.

If I remember correctly when I played Bloodborne I really hated that I couldn't run and turn the camera at the same time, so I'd definietly prefer KB+M on a second thought.

Lock on or no lock on, and I already played both ways on both Sekiro and all Dark Souls, I still prefer controller over KB&M any day.

KB&M to me feels super clunky to play any of these games ot the point I chose not to play if my USB cable or the controller itself is not working.
(btw, when I tested DS2, the first I played but just fro a couple of hours and not leaving the initial areas, was with KB&M.
Then I got to DS3, played with KB&M too . . . for some hours, then I started with controller, never looked back into KB&M).

No target lock for DS PvP or to do backstabs on PvE is great.
Nameless King and some other bosses are better without target lock because camera will bounce here and there trying to fix itself to target and map 3D colision when near a wall or large object on the map.
Same apply to Sekiro.

Once you prefer something and get used to it, you dont look back to other stuff, in your case (and Sokurah) it is KB&M, in my case, controller.
