"Sekiro" achievement not unlocking?

Hello, I have finally completed every achievement in the game but now the final "Sekiro" achievement where you need to unlock every other achievement will not unlock. I have 33/34 right now and for some reason it will not unlock. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I've spent so much time getting every single one, I just want it to be 100% now.

Just tried this and it didn't work. Maybe it's because i'm in the middle of my 4th playthrough and have to beat the final boss again?

That happens a lot, with a lot of different games, it's a problem with Steam. The easiest solution is to just get the Steam Achievement Manager and give it to yourself manually. It's a third-party program, but it's completely safe and Steam does not care if you use it.

No idea this was a thing! Thanks i was able to fix my bugged skills achievement and achieve 100%!

So I just had this 33/34 achievement issue and found an easy way to fix it.

I just started a new game up until receiving the sword at the very beginning. that's the very first achievement you would normally get and was enough to trigger the all achievements.


Why did it work?

I got the idea from you saying that as you defeated the next main boss, you got it.
At that point it triggered a check for achievements, so anything that normally would trigger an achievement will trigger the logic to check if all achievements have been achieved.

When you say started a new game do you mean N+1 or a new save ?

Because i tried both and just gave up on making it work, 2 full saves for the ninjutsus + apes and nothing from my side

I did it on a completely fresh save.
but this trick will only work for the sekiro achievement not popping issue.

for other achievements if the same theory could hold up, you'll need to somehow do something that could have triggered one of its conditions instead.

Try what I said in my comment above. It has a 100% success rate ;)
