Now at very low health afaik it can kill you.
You can also use mist raven prostetic for easier reflect timing and zero chip dmg but then it cost spirit embelms.
(Mist Raven is hidden in the Hirata memory guarded by a Lone shadow who is very strong for early game.)
Yeah for Geni phase 3 good to learn reflecting it also stuns him so you can heal or give him 2-3 R1hits so lot of vitality dmg.
Just be careful not to be too close to Genichiro as there is a chance the lightning will miss him which would be a waste of precious damage & stun.
(until I found out that there's an option to change button prompts, I kept referencing the big picture of a controller in the menu to find out what they want me to press)
Mistaven is before drunkard. As you should know, there is a river running through the hirata map. At the last bridge that's right before you met owl and get the key, jump down into the water and go upstream. You will notice an item there(if you haven't picked it up yet) and there will be a bambo "door" to the right which leads to an area with wall jumps. After that, just follow the path to the pagoda(tower) and mistraven is located there. Do note that there is an assassin there which are probably among if not the hardest humans to deal with in this game. Can recommend upgrading mistraven too as each upgrades gives you a bigger iframe.
I tested proper Lightning Reversal using Mid-Air deflection and, even though there was a perfect parry ding, I still took a little damage
