i defeated all bosses in the game but i didn't get the achievement ? anyone help ?

you need to have all the boss memories in your inventory on one save file, which means you need to do any bosses you missed on NG+. you don't need to do all 4 endings.

You gotta make sure you killed all of these bosses :
Gyoubu Masataka Oniwa
Lady Butterfly
Genichiro Ashina (not the prologue encounter)
Folding Screen Monkeys
Corrupted Monk
True Corrupted Monk
Guardian Ape
Headless Ape
Great Shinobi Owl
Owl (Father)
Emma, the Gentle Blade (Shura Ending)
Isshin Ashina (Shura Ending)
Divine Dragon
Demon of Hatred
Sword Saint, Isshin Ashina

So it requires you to do the regular and the Shura ending, plus going into the dream again to fight the Owl. The achievement should be yours after that.

Some people say you also need to kill the snake(which you did for the return ending)and also kill the"Giant fish"by feeding it the bait in the Fouantin head palace.

+all the bosses in 1 game slot.

Did you slay them through different saves? I couldn't find any confirmation of that, but I would slay all the bosses in the same save file (which means going into NG+ repeatedly, just to make sure.

i will try any back up save

In your key items tab you have to have all of them besides the inner variants, which means you need to do NG+, you can't just reload your save after you kill one boss to do the other ending

you need to fight the inner version of genichiro, owl, and isshin

[Chó]

you can fight the inner versions in the gauntlets of strength
