If you don't backup the saved game files manually, you will need to playthrough the game 4 times in order to get ALL the endings.
Lastly, in order to get all the achievements, you have to use the same saved game files for ALL the playthrough. So, after you get one ending, say the severance one (killing Lord Kuro) at the end. After the credit run, you are back to the Sculptor's Idol, you have to choose to start a 2nd playthough with the same character. You cannot start a brand new game from scratch.
One of the key reason is that, for instance, the achievement for killing all the relevant bosses, to qualify for this achievement, the game checks if you ALL the relevant remnants of bosses that you have killed in your inventory. If you start a brand new game, this game will have NONE of the remnants of the bosses that you have killed before!!! I hope I make sense here.
OH, one more thing. Make sure that your Steam account is ONLINE before starting each fight against the required boss. There is a "random" bug where the Sekiro game does not register whatever you have done while playing the game with your Steam Account being offline. You can search this forum for the latest posts about this problem. This bug was registered but was NEVER fixed. I had learnt it the hard way. After 50 or so attempts to defeat the final boss, I didn't get the achievement. I had to do the fight again because my Steam account went offline by itself. I never played Steam games with my Steam account being offline. So it was Steam Client problem at the time. After so many updates, it can still happen even nowadays but less likely so.
Hope this help.
Here's a link that explains the Lapis drops.

Edit:- not all the endings, just 2.
I wouldn't recommend it. You have to farm low drop rate materials, and the EXP required to level up enough to buy all the abilities is nuts. Even after getting to NG+4 and doing every other achievement, I still had to grind levels for like an hour.
I'd rather spend the time fighting the bosses in Reflections.
During that LONG time of doing the same thing over and over again you could have rushed another NG+ cycle if not two........
Or do all 4 endings(as intended) so NG+3 done and still farm for a little while for leftover skills.
You can use demon bell to farm materials faster or just play as normal eventually you will have them in later NG+ cycles.
Or you can just do next NG and just kill bosses for exp and rush each NG+ cycle.
You can use invisible ember sugar from headless and run past 90% of the enemies.
Expect the first NG where you collect everything including the optional memories.
Doing the third ending first is good.
Do complete the sidequest on NG that gives you 10% discount to all merchants carries over to NG+ cycles.
Unlike souls game in Sekiro each NG cycle increase exp gain by a decent margin.
Money also increases a lot each NG cycle.
Divine confetty(buyable late game NG for 300(270) sen each also increase damage by 25% againts basic enemies eg.Humans and deal around 20% chip damage if blocked.
You can use them in later NG cycles.
I was farming on NG+4 and it still takes a while. Considering it's like 3-6 hours for most people to start a new cycle, it's probably faster to just farm where you are.
I was under the impression enemies don't get harder in NG+?
That's why i asked my original question. I didn't want to replay the game another two times with all skills and powers maxed out just to get the achievements.
I wanted to do a charmless run starting from scratch.
Enemies also give more Sen and exp on higher NG+ cycles.
So you might deal more damage at early NG cycles than NG where you have no tools.
I think chain ogre will 1 shot you with 20 vitality with grab from NG+3 onward,
But 1 shot is very rare.
Geni boss fight at the castle with charm on.(default difficulty).
Gives 2000 exp first cycle.
18000 exp NG+.
36000 exp NG+3
81000 exp NG+7 and onwards.
Divine dragon is 12000 exp first NG.
86400 NG+7.
And most importantly The late game "Outskirt Wall - Stairway Idol" you stealth kill 95% of the time so NG+cycle does not matter but you still get more exp.
"Hirata Estate - Main Hall Idol" is also good within the second memory.
Charmless run makes the game harder but you gain 20% more exp and Sen so if you are very good it is faster.
Again when you stealth kill farm it is basically+20% exp.
You can also do no farmings and simply kill the bosses
80622 exp is needed for the last skillpoint 125.
2909961 exp needed for all skills if you never used the dragon mask.
If you used dragon mask once that is 5 additonal skillpoints(I used once by accident.....)that is more than 400k exp more needed to farm......
So do not use it.
lool I used the mask like 4 times during my first playthrough because I had a lot of fun farming in Fountainhead Palace xD
