if you're not interested then why did you even make this thread in the first place?
If this game was so easy that everyone could beat it, it would suck.
But yeah this was practically my advice. Getting around these enemies is far more rewarding than standing in front of them and just waiting for things to happen - I see way too many people play like that.
how to cheese drunkard in 4 steps with no parrying required:
1- lure him out to the water,
2- hide behind the buildings (located left when facing his original location) until the music stops
3- crouch sneak up behind backstab when he slowly walks back to his spot.
for the 2nd healthbar
4- quickly run and ask the friendly npc in the water to help you fight him and then stand on opposite sides of the fatty and gank fight 2v1 tf out of him.
there are videos on youtube that tell you how to cheese everything, so id try looking there
instead of posting on a game forum filled with unhelpful fromsoftware purists
to beat the drunkards you find later in the game, just get the first healthbar out with a backstab by luring out and hiding then spam a certain overpowered weapon skill you get in the main story about halfway through the game.
and about the purple boss you mentioned,
if its the corrupted monk then he is very weak to firecrackers and the throwable ash item. with that you can infinitely stunlock him to death
if its the smaller and headless one just ignore them they are optional and require a rare, specific weapon buff to deal damage to them. they only drop reusable versions of the sugars costing spirit emblems instead.
if he wants to cheese through the whole game then hes more than welcome to do so. as there is a cheese for EVERY boss.
