How do I make a back up save?

I want to get all the endings without having to play the game four times, but i do not know how to back up my save file.

your save should be in "C:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\Roaming\Sekiro" (Username = whatever your windows username is) followed by an unique number that only your profile will have and the actual save will be called S0000.sl2 but there may be a bak file too which is a seperate backup that the game uses incase your main save gets corrupted.

i would backup both files as a pair in a zip/rar file then you can just paste them back into that folder when you want to restore that part of the game.
