Sekiro™: Shadows Die Twice

CAN SOMEONE HELP ME INSTALL MOD
I install mod engine and put it in the sekiro folder, then I create a folder called mods and it still doesn't work, I've seen a lot of videos and it doesn't help... help

what mod are you trying to install? if you are trying to install cosmetic mods, then the file directory would be:
[program.files(x86) > Steam > steamapps > common > Sekiro > mods (the folder you created)] then launch the game.
If its a mod that requires parts like custom katanas or custom movesets, then the [parts] folder should be extracted into the [mods] folder in the Sekiro directory along with the other folders too (like [msg] and [param] if you are wanting to make custom game mechanics).

I'm trying Nioh 2 Masks Collection I put it in the mods folder and create a folder for Nioh I still can't
