How to give Emma the Blood Sample

Hey i just found my first blood sample cause i had no idea who all the NPCs where. I found it from the "Charmed One" and when i bring it back to Emma in Kuros Room she doesnt even give me a choice to uppgrade my Flask or Give her anything, she just talks about her Ex Boyfriend all the time. Do i have to kill him again until she talks again?

Weird, I'm pretty sure I took blood sample from trader next to dilapitated temple, and gave it to her when she was sitting in kuro's room.

if you dont have the options maybe you have to progress some kuro/emma quest

Yea i found out, i had to talk to the old man on the Roofs and now i can do it normally. The first person i actually found with the curse was the Charmed guy^^
