MODS INSTALLING HELP PLEASE

i need to have a way to install and use multiple mods at once in this game. i currently am using the elden arts and the weapon wheel with mod engine, but when i do another "gameplay" category mod (anything that isnt cosmetic and affects only gameplay) it doesnt work or when i drag in the mod file to my mod folder, it says "the destination already has a file named _____" the mod im trying to install is named the same as the mod i already have installed? i am so confused! if this is confusing for you too we are in the same boat. i need help finding a way to either merge the files or rename them in someway to be able to use multiple mods at once. Have you checked the page for the weapon wheel mod on Nexus? I assume you're getting your mod from Nexus?

yes i have, it doesnt require me to put the mod into the mods folder so it works with elden arts, i get my mods from nexus yes. the only other mod that i have installed is a cosmetic mod in my "parts" folder
