Immortal Severance Ending

I'm doing this ending in Sekiro end I checked the wiki to see if I do all correct and at the final step to do the ending it says "Beat the final boss, talk to Kuro, and choose to give Kuro ONLY the Divine Dragon's Tears.". What would happen if I give Kuro another things? Because the other endings besides the Shura Ending, they all have a lot of steps, if I don't give him only the Devine Dragon's Tears what would happen? Do I go to another ending? Because I don't thing I've did all the steps the other endings need to achive it and I want to het the Immortal Severance Ending.

For the 3 other endings you can collect everything for all 3 endings and in that case you can choose from the 3 options at the end determining what ending you get.

shura ending will happen if you obey the master owl. listen owl
immortal Severance Ending: occurs if you disobey and move forward. just listen master kuro.
Purification Ending: There are special things you need to do. If you don't do it step by step it won't happen. You should follow emma. listen emma
Return Ending: This will happen again if you communicate with the divine child and do his/her tasks.
that is, endings only occur if special conditions are met.

So if the special conditions don't happen I don't get an ending? It needs to end somehow right'?
