Can I get all prayer beads on ng+?

I am on ng+, and I realised that I didn't get all the prayer beads, most of them I can get them from chests and from the floor, but there's one that I can only get by beating an optional miniboss, I actually beat it, but i didn't get the bead, is there a way that I can get it? or do I need to start a new game and pick em all again?

How it works prayer beads and prostetics and healing gourds you did not collect in NG will be still there and given as normal in NG+ cycles.


If it is already collected it will be replaced by a different loot by the next NG cycle.

Sub boss will usually drop 500 sen purse if you already collected his prayer bead or loot in previous cycle.

Found prostetic and "hidden"prayer beads will usually give that res recharge budha statue.

And found healing gourds will usually give the heal and cure all consumable.

There is a steam guide that list all 40 prayer beads you can go through it there are some hidden or missable ones.
